1. What is the difference between cleaning service and maid service. Cleaning services is strictly cleaning of the home which does not include the removal of clutter on floors, counter tops, and other areas to reach surfaces. Maid service is the total cleaning of your home, which can include decluttering, organizing, and laundry services,  along with your cleaning service package .

2.  How do I schedule my appointment? Simply give us a call at 770-712-9613 from Monday -Saturday 6AM-7PM.  

3. How do I know if your company is trustworthy? Professional Cleaning Services of Georgia, Inc is fully accredited through Georgia Better Business 

4. Are your team members trained on how to do their jobs and are they trustworthy? Yes. All team members undergo 2 weeks of hands-on training, 6 months and annual refresher training. All of our team members are W-2 employees and they undergo an extensive background and reference check.

5. How long will it take for a cleaner or maid to clean my home? Depending on your service and home size, a good cleaner will take a minimum of 3 hours. Maid services is priced by the hour so it's totally up to you on how long you need your worker(s).

6. Will your staff keep my home safe from home to home germ transfer? Yes, All staff are required to use clean mop heads and change mop heads between homes. In addition, All staff are required to use new microfiber cloth for each area of your home such as your bathroom, kitchen, and for dusting. Once your service is complete, each cloth is thrown away.

7. How many cleaners will be in my home? Normally, one cleaner will be in your home for home cleaning packages however, it could be two. depending on the size of your home. You may have more than one for maid service and other services.

8. How are your prices quoted? All home cleaning services are set priced that's based on square footage of your home or apartment and cleaning type such as, light cleaning, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, or move in/out cleaning. Maid services has a set hourly rate based on one or two maids. Other services are quoted for free at the time of your walk through. 

9. Do you offer discounts for recurring residential clients? Yes, we offer a 5% discount for every 4 weeks. 10% discount for every 2 weeks. 15% discount for every week. Please note: Discounts are applied after your first service.

Service FAQ's

1. What is your payment process? Once you schedule your appointment, you will be emailed your invoice the day prior to your appointment. The full invoice  amount will be due the day of your service. You can pay your invoice through your invoice using debit or credit via Paypal. Note: Checks are not accepted for Residential Services.

2. Is a deposit required for services? Yes, a $50 good faith security deposits is required for all services. Once you receive your invoice via email, you can pay your security deposit via invoice. Your remaining balance is due the day of your service after your service is completed. Security deposits are refundable if you cancel your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment. We can be reached 24 hours if you need to cancel your appointment.

3. Are there any late fees? Yes, a 10% late fee is added to your full invoice amount for every day late. After 7 days late, court proceeding will be filed. 

4. What is your refund policy? For any reason that you're not satisfied with our service, Professional Cleaning Services of Georgia, Inc offers a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee. Contact our office within 24 hours and we will send someone out to make corrections to your service.

5. What can I expect at the time of my cleaning? Once our staff arrive, they will do a walk through and take before pictures for verification of the service requested. After the service is completed, our staff will take after pictures for completed service verification.

6. Do I need to be home at the time of service, or during the time of service? No. When you schedule your appointment, let our staff know that  you're not going to be home. We will need instructions on how to access entry to your home and how to secure your property once our staff leave.

7. May I hire your staff directly? No. All staff are W-2 employees. However, you may choose a regular staff person and we can build your future schedule and pair you with the staff person of your choice.

8. Do you give invoice receipts? Yes, every client receives an invoice that will allow you to pay for your service(s) that you can keep for your records. In addition, all clients will receive an itemized invoice at the end of the year showing all the services that was completed throughout the year along with our W-9 form to claim our service on your taxes. Please note: All itemized invoices of service will be mailed to you on the 2nd of January. Our itemized invoices cover services from January-December.
